This progress could be achieved largely because of the collective efforts and cooperation of the NGO’s and dedicated individuals. The development of the State and the culture is dependent on the people and if we continue to fulfil our individual responsibilities we will take steps towards progress. The coordination committee between the PHE Department and the Central YMA have organised this programme especially for these deserving individuals and I hope this serves as an example to the youth of today that they may follow in their footsteps and continue these selfless acts for the betterment of the society”.
