Training of Trainers on Implementation on SBM(G) Phase II
The training for trainers was conducted by a team of trainers from PriMove supported by Unicef and SBMG, on 5th – 9th July,2022. The number of attendees of the training are listed below: –

5th , 6th , 8th & 9th July, 2022 (4 days Session)
The training was inaugurated by Er. C. Lalremsiama, Engineer-in-Chief, PHED and accompanied by Er. K. Zohmingliana, Project Manager, PMU, PHED.
The session started with theory classes from Mr. Laxmikanth Shinde, Chief Learning & Management, PriMove and his Team namely, Shri. Sachidanad Singh , Consultant, Ms. Anuya Bihe Consultant, and Ms Bhargavi Thorat Consultant on the various training topics (attached). The session start at forenoon on 09:30 am and ended by 05:15 pm.
In the activity sessions during the theory classes, the trainers were divided into 5 groups, wherein each group were given different tasks during each activity.
On 07.07.2022, Field Visit was conducted at Aibawk on
- Social Mapping
- Primary Meeting
- Field Demonstration
- Preparation Village Sanitation Plan, etc.
The field visit ended with a presentation on the findings from each group. To conclude, the TOT on implementation of SBM-G II is a success.
