REPORT OF TRAINING FOR ELECTRICIAN\/PUMP OPERATOR<\/strong><\/p>\n

Training conducted for Pump Operator\/Electrician on the topic of Electric Pump \/ Solar Pump .<\/p>\n

The training was attended by participants from four districts<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The training was conducted for a period of two(2) days i.e. 10th<\/sup> \u2013 11th<\/sup> March, 2021.<\/p>\n

Day 1, 10th<\/sup> March, 2021<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The first day of training was a theory class for both the topic. The training was held at Aijal Club, Aizawl.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The training was chaired by Er. Lalthantluanga Khiangte, Programmer, Public Health Engineering Department.\u00a0 Er. Lalrammawia, Superintending Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Aizawl WATSAN Circle gave an inauguration speech. Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) overview was presented by Er. Helen Saibuangi, Under Secretary (Tech.), Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Mizoram. Detailed presentation on Pumping was presented by Er. C. Zothantluanga, Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department Aizawl WATSAN Division and a presentation on Solar Pumping was given by Er. Gingalal, P & V Pvt. Limited. After a smooth presentation it was followed by discussion, question and answer and the first day of training was ended.<\/p>\n

Day 2, 11th<\/sup> March, 2021<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The second day of the training was a practical class \/ field visit at Public Health Engineering Department Pump House Aibawk and Sailam Solar Pumping Scheme in which the Pump Operator and Solar Pump Operator briefly explain about pumping and how it works and practical activity was performed for better understanding of the trainee.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The whole training was fruitful for all the trainee and the resource person are well-prepared on their own topics.\u00a0 An evaluation sheet was given to all participants and their inputs and suggestions for conducting future training was noted. The training ended with vote of thanks from the Chief Guest, which was later followed by distribution of Certificate and TA\/DA to all participants.<\/p>\n
